Pirozhki

Pirozhki with cabbage and meat

This Pirozhki with cabbage and meat recipe is super easy to make and is packed with flavour. This is one for when you are hanging out for your next payday.

It’s basically, mince, onion and cabbage wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden. If you have some spare bacon you can add that too for a bit more flavour.

Traditional Pirozhki is all about the dough – but why make the dough when you can buy store bought pastry?
