Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

Equipment
- Deep Baking Tray or a Casserole Dish
Ingredients
- 6 – 8 Chicken thighs or Drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Sumac
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 200°C
- Line a deep baking dish lined with baking paper
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place on the baking tray
- In a small bowl, mix add all of the dry ingredients with the olive oil
- Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs
- Pop in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden
Notes
Serve with Cous Cous or steamed vegetables.
If you have any leftovers shred the chicken, make a little salad and your lunch for tomorrow is done!
