Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs
These chicken thighs come out a little crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The best thing about this Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs recipe - one pan!

- 6 - 8 Chicken thighs or Drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Sumac
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Preheat the Oven to 200°C
Line a deep baking dish lined with baking paper
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place on the baking tray
In a small bowl, mix add all of the dry ingredients with the olive oil
Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs
Pop in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden
Serve with Cous Cous or steamed vegetables.
If you have any leftovers shred the chicken, make a little salad and your lunch for tomorrow is done!
