Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

These chicken thighs come out a little crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The best thing about this Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs recipe - one pan!

Equipment

  • Deep Baking Tray or a Casserole Dish

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 Chicken thighs or Drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Sumac
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven to 200°C
  • Line a deep baking dish lined with baking paper
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and place on the baking tray
  • In a small bowl, mix add all of the dry ingredients with the olive oil
  • Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs
  • Pop in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden

Notes

Serve with Cous Cous or steamed vegetables.
If you have any leftovers shred the chicken, make a little salad and your lunch for tomorrow is done!
